Sourodip Paul
Sourodip has been coaching Team UAE since 2023, leading them to their highest-ever World Schools Debating Championship (WSDC) result, placing 8th at Serbia WSDC 2024. He previously coached Team Bangladesh at WSDC 2023 where the team advanced to the Octofinals in 2023 - one of Bangladesh's strongest results.
He is the World University Debating Championship (WUDC) 2022 Champion, Australs 2020 Best Speaker & Champion, and Cambridge IV champion in both 2020 and 2021. He also broke as a speaker at WUDC 2018 and 2020 and served as an ESL Final judge at WUDC 2021.
Beyond competing, Sourodip has been the Deputy Chief Adjudicator (DCA) of WUDC 2023, the Chief Adjudicator (CA) of Australs 2023, and previously the CA of the Asian British Parliamentary (ABP) Debating Championship 2020.


Ahmad Tousif Jami
Jami is an experienced debate instructor with over five years of coaching students across Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa. He has been part of Team UAE since 2023 and previously coached Team Morocco, while also supporting national team selections for Brazil, Vietnam, and Russia.
He has held major leadership roles at the World Schools Debating Championship (WSDC), serving on the Chief Adjudicators Panel for WSDC 2024 (Serbia) and the Motions Committee for WSDC 2023 (Vietnam) and WSDC 2024 (Serbia). In 2025, he was the CA for all three major Asian tournaments: ABP 2025, UADC 2025, and ASDC 2025.
Across his career, Jami has been part of the CA Panel for more than 45 tournaments and has judged outrounds in over 70 competitions worldwide, including EUDC 2024 and the Oxford-Cambridge-LSE InterVarsity Championships 2024.
As a speaker, he earned awards at WSDC, reached outrounds at WUDC, and made history as the first national curriculum (Bangla) school representative for WSDC Team Bangladesh.


Geneva Roy
Geneva is a highly accomplished adjudicator, who served as a CA for WSDC 2024 (Serbia) and the DCA for Vietnam WSDC 2023 and Macau Online WSDC 2021. In the university circuit, Geneva has been the CA of Glasgow EUDC 2024 and DCA of Black Sea EUDC 2023, as well as many institutional IV, Open and WGM competitions.
As a judge, Geneva has judged the finals of three WSDCs, including the Netherlands Online WSDC 2022, Macau Online WSDC 2021, and Thailand WSDC 2019. She has also served on the ELF Final Panel for Panama WUDC 2025 and the ESL Final Panel for Belgrade WUDC 2022.
As a speaker, Geneva was the Captain of the New Zealand WSDC Team that competed at Bali WSDC 2017. In the university circuit, she reached the Semi-Finals of both Bangkok WUDC 2020 and Athens EUDC 2019, as well as the Quarter-Finals of Korea WUDC 2021. She has also made the finals of Vienna IV, Glasgow Ancients, and UCL IV.


Jack Stanley
Jack has been on the Chief Adjudication Team for many high-profile competitions, including as a CA for Copenhagen EUDC 2025 and DCA for Glasgow EUDC 2024. In addition to this, Jack has been the CA of the Oxford, Vienna and Trinity IVs.
As a judge, Jack has judged the Grand Final of Panama WUDC 2025, Madrid WUDC 2023, Black Sea EUDC 2023 and Zagreb EUDC 2022. Jack has also chaired the Semi Finals of Black Sea EUDC 2023, and chaired the Quarter Finals of Panama WUDC 2025 and Madrid WUDC 2023.
Jack has also been the champion of Madrid WUDC 2023 Masters and Glasgow Ancients, and made the finals of the Cambridge IV, Edinburgh Cup and Imperial Open.


Rumen Marinov
Rumen Marinov is a distinguished competitive debater and trainer with extensive international experience. As a competitor, he has reached the Open Finals at Madrid WUDC 2023 (Top-Breaking Team and Best Speaker), LSE IV 2023, Trinity IV 2022, and Zagreb EUDC 2022 (Double Finalist), and advanced to the Semifinals at Belgrade WUDC 2022 (Best ESL Speaker) and Yale IV 2021, as well as the Quarterfinals at Korea WUDC 2021.
Beyond competition, Rumen has contributed significantly as a trainer and adjudicator, serving as Training Officer and ESL/Finals Adjudicator for Vietnam WUDC 2024 and as Convener for Black Sea EUDC 2023, establishing himself as a highly respected figure in the international debate community.


Pranav Anand
Pranav Anand has excelled as both a speaker and an adjudicator, with competitive breaks to the WUDC 2022 Octofinals, Doxbridge 2022 Semifinals, and the Quarterfinals of both Yale IV 2023 and Vienna Pre-WUDC 2022.
He is equally known for his adjudication and motion-setting expertise, having served as Chief Adjudicator for prominent tournaments including NAUDC 2024, Princeton IV 2024, and USUDC (three terms). He also judged the Grand Finals of NAUDC 2023, further reinforcing his reputation for excellence and fairness.
Beyond competition, Pranav has made a significant impact on national debate programs, serving as Head Coach for WSDC Team UAE (2022) and WSDC Team Taiwan (2023).


Rohan Goda
Rohan has been instrumental in the development of the UAE national debate program, serving as a Coach for Team UAE at the World Schools Debate Championship (WSDC) 2022.
